We accept Managed payment

Payment is due within 5 days of the auction end.

We will ship the item 1 business day after your payment clears.

Shipping

I send a product by Fedex or Japan post.
I attach the tracking number.
Please bid it without worrying.

Shipping is only available to the address registered in eBay
Please note that any address not registered in eBay is not acceptable to ship.

Shipping is available from Monday to Friday.
Weekends are not available because our shipping company is closed.

Please read carefully.
At first, please kindly understand that our customer's satisfactions are very important to us.
But selling and returns are inextricably linked, which we will explain here.
Returns will only be accepted if the item is clearly different from what is described in the product description.
Our return limit is 30days.
If you want to return an item, please contact us first within 30 days after you receive an item.

As a rule, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted.

Shipping charges will not be refunded.
If you received free shipping service when you placed your order, you will be charged for the restocking fee and the shipping fee from Japan to the buyer.
The shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

In the unlikely event that a directly managed or branded store determines that an item is fake, we will take the necessary recall measures.

Just provide us with the information that clearly shows that the item is fake.
Otherwise, we will not be able to make a decision.
